Lightweight Insulation Castable Construction Process

The lightweight thermal insulation castable must be mixed with a forced mixer. Run the mixer first, and add the lightweight thermal insulation castable, the high-alumina cement and additives in the package to the mixer as required, and dry-mix for three minutes until the color is consistent.
The dry-mixed and uniform mixture is added with clean water for domestic use in the proportion of 40%. When adding water, first add two-thirds of the weighed water, and then add the remaining water according to the specific construction requirements.
After mixing the mixture with water for three minutes, it can be hand-painted and shaped after stirring to the following state. The mixed material should be used within 45 minutes
When the lining is artificially painted and formed, the refractory materials are stuck together and stacked from bottom to top. Use a rubber hammer to gently tap to make the density even. Do not crush the aggregate in the lining during the tapping.
The lining thickness should be checked in time during construction, and the lining surface should be smooth and seamless.
The refractory lining construction gap should be treated as a ladder. When continuing the construction, it needs to be thoroughly soaked with water before the construction can be continued.
After the construction is completed, the #refractory material can be cured after it has a certain surface strength. The water-bonded refractory material can be cured by spraying water mist. The glue-bonded material is strictly prohibited from entering water. After curing for more than 24 hours, the subsequent construction can be carried out.
